RAWALPINDI: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Tuesday released a patriotic song paying tribute to the armed forces for their sacrifices in the defence of the country.
Titled “Through Storms and Sacrifice,” the song highlights the dedication, courage and sense of duty demonstrated by soldiers while performing their responsibilities in challenging conditions.
The visuals portray troops safeguarding the nation’s borders in mountainous regions and harsh weather, while also showcasing their vital role during natural disasters and emergencies.
Scenes in the video depict military personnel carrying out rescue and relief operations in difficult terrains, assisting citizens across various parts of the country during floods, snowfall and other calamities.
In a statement, ISPR said the Pakistan Army has consistently met the expectations of the nation on every front, whether in defence or humanitarian assistance.
The release of the song coincides with ongoing rescue and relief efforts by the army in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Tirah region, where families have been evacuated amid severe weather conditions.
Northern areas including Murree, Tirah, Chilas, Quetta and surrounding regions have been experiencing heavy snowfall, causing disruptions to daily life and travel, with military and civil authorities working to assist stranded residents and tourists.
