ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty, the Foreign Office (FO) said.
According to the FO, the two leaders exchanged views on the recent understandings reached between the United States and Iran, as well as the upcoming signing of a memorandum of understanding in Bürgenstock, Switzerland, on Friday.
“They also discussed preparations for the upcoming Regional Four Foreign Ministers’ meeting later this month and agreed to remain in close contact,” the FO added.
