Tehran: Iran’s Security Council Secretary Rezaei has said that Tehran has not made any new decision regarding a change in its nuclear doctrine.
Commenting on a letter from US Vice President JD Vance, Rezaei said he had read the letter but had not yet sent a response.
He noted that the tone of the letter had changed completely, describing the shift as a very positive sign.
