TEHRAN: Iranian media reported that Ali Mohammad Naini, spokesperson for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, was killed in an Israeli strike.
In an official statement, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps confirmed the death of Ali Mohammad Naini, stating that he was martyred in a joint missile attack carried out by Israel and the United States.
The statement emphasised that Iran’s defensive capabilities remain intact, adding that the country continues its missile development programme despite ongoing hostilities.
The development comes in response to recent remarks by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who claimed that Iran had lost its capacity to produce missiles. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps rejected the assertion, reaffirming the resilience and continuity of its military capabilities.
