PM Shehbaz Sharif Meets Kuwait Crown Prince, Discusses Bilateral Cooperation
NEW YORK: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on the sidelines of the high-level segment of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif conveyed his warm greetings and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to its strong and fraternal relations with Kuwait.
The two leaders reviewed bilateral relations and discussed ways to further expand cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif highlighted the importance Pakistan attaches to its relations with Kuwait and emphasized the potential for greater cooperation in trade, investment, energy and human resource development.
The two sides also exchanged views on regional and international developments.
They reaffirmed their shared commitment to promoting peace, stability and prosperity in the region and beyond.
