Houston: Women 4 Women Inc. hosted its flagship event titled “Women Who Build the Future” on March 31, bringing together a diverse group of leaders, professionals and community members for an evening centered on leadership, growth and the evolving role of women in business and society.
The event, held in Sugar Land, reflected the organization’s core mission to empower, inspire, and ignite women across communities. Attendees witnessed an engaging panel discussion featuring prominent voices from corporate, cultural, and legal sectors.
Among the keynote speakers were Sajal Javid, Chief Human Resources & Culture Officer and CEO of InclusivEdge Consulting; Dr. Kristine Gentry, a noted cultural anthropologist; and Sonia Rash, who serves as Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3.

Each speaker provided a unique perspective on leadership, highlighting the intersection of strategy, cultural awareness, and legal empowerment.
Sajal Javid delivered a compelling message on women’s leadership, encouraging women to claim their space with confidence and purpose. She introduced her “ALIVE” framework, a practical model designed to help women amplify their voices and lead without hesitation.
Dr. Kristine Gentry focused on the future of work, emphasizing the importance of cultural intelligence and human-centered leadership.
She noted that as workplaces become increasingly multi-generational, leaders must adopt more inclusive and culturally aware approaches to remain effective and resilient.
Judge Sonia Rash addressed the legal and civic dimensions of leadership, stressing the need for women to stay informed and actively engaged within their communities.

She also highlighted accountability through her “Promises Kept” approach, reinforcing the role of trust and responsibility in public service.
The session was facilitated by Afsheen Bhamani, Rida Kashan, and Teana Watson, who guided the discussion with thoughtful questions and interactive dialogue.
The event was hosted by MC Farha Ahmed, who maintained an engaging and cohesive atmosphere throughout the program.
Participants praised the event for its unique blend of corporate insight, cultural understanding, and legal awareness. Many attendees described the discussion as both inspiring and practical, offering actionable strategies for leadership and professional growth.
