Tehran: Mohsen Rezaei, Representative of Iran’s Supreme Leader at the Supreme National Security Council, has said that Iran will not surrender any of its enriched uranium and will not negotiate with the United States until Washington takes concrete steps to build trust.
“Not a single gram of enriched uranium will be removed from Iran. There will be no negotiations until the United States takes steps to build trust,” Rezaei said.
He added that the process must begin with the full fulfillment of all conditions set by Iran.
The remarks underscore Tehran’s stated position on its enriched uranium stockpile and its demand for confidence-building measures before entering negotiations with Washington.
