DOHA: The visa-on-arrival facility for Pakistani citizens travelling to Qatar has been suspended, Dunya News reported.
The Pakistan Embassy in Qatar issued an advisory stating that, due to the current situation, Pakistani travellers must obtain a visa prior to departure.
According to the advisory, passengers arriving without a valid visa may face difficulties upon arrival, as entry into Qatar will not be permitted without prior approval.
Embassy officials stressed that securing an appropriate visa before travel is now mandatory and urged Pakistani nationals to follow the updated travel guidelines.
