MONITORING DESK: The schedule for a three-match One-Day International (ODI) series between Pakistan national cricket team and Bangladesh national cricket team has been announced, with all matches set to be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium next month.
Following the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, Pakistan will tour Bangladesh in March for the ODI series. The national squad is scheduled to arrive in Bangladesh on March 9 and will hold a practice session the following day.
According to the itinerary, the first ODI will be played on March 11, the second on March 13, and the third and final match on March 15.
This will be Pakistan’s second tour of Bangladesh since July last year. During the previous visit, the hosts won the T20 series, while Pakistan had earlier secured a 3-0 victory in a three-match T20 series played in May and June.
The upcoming ODI series is considered important for both sides as part of their preparations for major international tournaments ahead.
