He said attacks causing property damage were one matter, but incidents resulting in deaths would require a serious discussion within the alliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Polish foreign minister acknowledged that NATO had yet to agree on a clear definition of when such actions would constitute an attack warranting a collective response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">European countries have reported a growing number of cyberattacks, airspace violations and suspected sabotage operations targeting critical infrastructure and other strategic facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Western officials have attributed several of these incidents to Russia, alleging that the campaign aims to weaken European support for Ukraine.
