{"id":7179,"date":"2026-10-07T15:59:47","date_gmt":"2026-10-07T15:59:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.worldwatchalert.com\/?p=7179"},"modified":"2026-10-07T15:59:49","modified_gmt":"2026-10-07T15:59:49","slug":"iran-says-it-is-fully-prepared-for-prolonged-war-vows-pre-emptive-action-if-needed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.worldwatchalert.com\/?p=7179","title":{"rendered":"Iran Says It Is Fully Prepared for Prolonged War, Vows Pre-emptive Action if Needed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tehran: Iranian Army spokesman Brigadier General Mohammad Akrami-Nia has said Iran\u2019s armed forces are capable of taking pre-emptive action to prevent enemy aggression or infiltration if necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akrami-Nia said the Iranian military is fully prepared for a prolonged war and that the country has strengthened its military reserves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said Iran continues to manufacture missiles and drones, while spare parts for fighter jets and helicopters are also being produced domestically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Iranian Army spokesman added that the production of naval vessels and air defence systems is also continuing inside the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Iran Will Never Give Up Right to Enrich Uranium: Official<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An Iranian official has said that Tehran will never abandon its right to uranium enrichment as part of its nuclear programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking to Reuters, the official said statements by US Vice President JD Vance regarding Iran\u2019s nuclear programme represented American demands and proposals rather than an agreed position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Iranian official, the US position on Iran\u2019s nuclear programme conflicts with Tehran\u2019s demands.
