He said he provided the password and that the device was examined in his presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the letter, Rizwan was assured that the phone would be returned within three hours and was informed that its digital forensic examination would be completed shortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further stated that when he appeared before the NCCIA on September 10, officials had access to his unlocked mobile phone and reviewed his messages and other material in his presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rizwan said he had never refused to provide the password to his mobile phone at any stage.
