He said the UAE had opened new communication channels with Tehran that previously did not exist, including direct engagement with the IRGC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vance added that Emirati officials were holding unprecedented discussions with Iranian counterparts, including members of the IRGC, on a range of issues.
