{"id":394,"date":"2026-01-14T10:59:31","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T10:59:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.worldwatchalert.com\/?p=394"},"modified":"2026-01-14T10:59:32","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T10:59:32","slug":"pcb-announces-australia-t20i-series-schedule-in-pakistan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.worldwatchalert.com\/?p=394","title":{"rendered":"PCB Announces Australia T20I Series Schedule in Pakistan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>LAHORE:<\/strong> The <strong>Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)<\/strong> on Wednesday announced the schedule for <strong>Australia\u2019s three-match T20I tour of Pakistan<\/strong>, set to take place later this month as both teams prepare for the <strong>ICC Men\u2019s T20 World Cup 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All three matches will be played at <strong>Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore<\/strong>, on <strong>January 29, January 31, and February 1<\/strong>. According to PCB, the <strong>toss will take place at 5:30pm<\/strong>, with matches starting at <strong>6:00pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Australia\u2019s T20I squad is scheduled to arrive in Lahore on <strong>January 28<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PCB said the series will provide vital match practice ahead of the T20 World Cup, where <strong>Pakistan are placed in Group A<\/strong>, while <strong>Australia feature in Group B<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will be Australia\u2019s <strong>third tour of Pakistan<\/strong> in recent years.
