The Iranian delegation arrived in Islamabad at 1:20 AM on April 11, led by Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. The 71-member delegation included senior officials from defense, finance, diplomacy, and parliamentary institutions.
